Welcome to Eagle-sales

If you wish to join the Eagle-sales commission sales program, you must read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Property Rights

The Eagle sales platform and its applications are owned by Eagles Sales Information Technology Company, which is a Saudi company specialized in other information technology and computer services activities. Accordingly, any contracts or agreements concluded with Eagle sales and any other party are considered the first party to Eagles Sales Information Technology.

We, together with our licensors, own and control all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website, our electronic application and the material thereon, and you will not obtain any rights in relation thereto by virtue of your performance of the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions, and for the limited purpose only of selling the products on the platform on commission and directing end users to purchase from the Eagle Sales platform or application, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the products on the website or electronic application to customers or end users and to persuade them to purchase from the Eagle Sales website or electronic application

You must not commit any act that would damage the intellectual property of Eagle Sales for Information Technology or the Eagle Sales application or its name or reputation

Terms of registration as a commission sales representative on Eagle-sales

You can register as a freelance commission sales representative on Eagle sales by completing the registration form on Eagle-sales.net or via the Eagle sales electronic application

You should not register as a commission sales representative on Eagle Sales if you are under 18 years old or if you are an employee of Eagles Sales for Information Technology Company or if you are a seller or supplier of products on Eagle Sales

If any of the previous determinants apply to you, you must disclose this to Eagles Sales for Information Technology whether one of those determinants applied to you before registration or one of those determinants applies to you in the future after registration

You must register yourself and in your capacity as accounts registered by robot programs or creating an account by other automated methods will not be accepted.

You must have a valid email address

You must be the sole beneficiary of the account as your login information will not be allowed to be used by another person.

No subscriber will be allowed to subscribe more than once on the application or website or have more than one account in the program.

The Eagle Sales program for commission sales does not include issuing any papers or cards proving that the representative works for Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology, so the representative is warned against falsifying or misrepresenting the nature of his relationship with Eagles Sales for Information Technology, such as the representative claiming that he works in developing the company's products or identifying himself as an employee of the company.

You acknowledge and agree that you are a free agent and independent contractor; and that you are not an employee of Eagles Sales for Information Technology or Eagle Sales

You, as a representative in Eagle Sales, may not undertake any debt or obligation or provide any condition, guarantee or representation on behalf of Eagle Sales.

The representative exposes himself to legal accountability if he says explicitly or by expression or metaphor that Eagles Sales for Information Technology or Eagle Sales application supports, sponsors, endorses or contributes money to any institution or entity, whether for profit or non-profit.

Your approval to register means that you have read all the terms and conditions for using Eagle Sales and the policies and guidelines contained therein

Eagle Sales Information Technology has the right to reject your request to register as a freelance representative for commission sales for any reason according to the company's discretion and policy

The representative shall bear all claims, costs and expenses, including legal expenses, loss, damages or liability granted or incurred by Eagle Sales Information Technology as a result of any act, omission or breach of these terms and conditions by the representative

Policy and mechanism of work on the Eagle Sales application

After registering as a freelance sales representative on the Eagle Sales website or application and your acceptance, you must start searching for customers and share your link with them so that they can register through the link sent by you and fill in the data required from them as customers. After they finish registering, these customers are linked to your account to be on your list and you have the right as a representative to benefit from the commission of selling to them through your account or even if they purchase on their own at a later time

The right Eagles Sales for Information Technology may suspend the representative's account or transfer the customers linked to his list to another representative according to the following reasons:

Customers complain about the way of dealing or the customer's unwillingness to deal with the representative

Customers' neglect and failure to follow up with them periodically and encourage them to buy from the application

Recording unreal purchase requests for customers or customers' refusal to receive purchase requests made by the representative for them

Customers' complaint about the non-conformity of the specifications and prices of the products sent to them with what was offered to them by the representative

You, as a representative participating in the Eagle Sales application, are not entitled to impose any fees on customers or obtain any compensation or additional amounts from the customer

All customers who purchase products from our website are considered Eagle Sales customers, so all rules, policies and procedures for operating customer orders, customer service and product sales apply to these customers.

The representative is not contracted for any fixed salary by Eagle Sales Information Technology Company, but the representative is entitled to a commission according to the value of the purchases made by the customers linked to his list after ensuring that the customers have received those orders and the commission percentage is determined as stated in Clause 4

All prices, terms of sale, rules, policies and operating procedures related to customer orders, customer service and product sales stipulated in Eagle Sales apply to these customers, and we may change them at any time, so product prices and availability may vary from time to time, and the representative must be constantly informed of developments to avoid this confusion with customers.

Commissions for representatives registered on the application:

The commission for the representative on the Eagle Sales application is set at 2.5%

The commission is calculated on the value of the products only, excluding shipping fees or taxes.

All commissions due to the representative appear through the performance panel in the Eagle Sales application, according to the volume of orders made to customers linked to the representative's list.

Commissions are calculated on orders received by customers only.

Eagle Sales Information Technology reserves the right to reject orders that do not comply with any of the Eagle Sales store requirements, at its discretion.

The marketer receives his commission monthly in the first 10 days of the month for the orders delivered to customers in the previous month

The representative is contacted by Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology through the company's email ([email protected]) on the email that the representative registered with to find out the method by which the representative wishes to receive the commission value (whether it is a bank transfer or money transfer via mobile phone or through other electronic channels) and the representative is the first and last responsible for the accuracy of this data and Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology does not bear any responsibility for any error in this data

Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology sends the transfer data for the representative's commission to the email that the representative registered with and this is considered an official document for the representative to receive the value of his commission unless proven otherwise by the representative

In the event that Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology is not provided with the necessary payment information within 30 days of requesting the information from the representative via email Electronic The representative will be deemed to have waived or lost the right to payment

If the representative provides incorrect payment information resulting in bank fees incurred by Nosour Sales for Information Technology, such fees will be deducted from the representative's commission amount

In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions by the representative, Nosour Sales for Information Technology may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or cancel the payment of commissions, or impose a fine on them

Nosour Sales for Information Technology may change the agreed commission percentage at its discretion based on written notice to the representative sent to the representative's email or via the representative's WhatsApp

General Guarantees

In return for the payment of the commission by Nosour Sales for Information Technology, you must perform the services in accordance with the following:

All applicable laws and regulations in force from time to time, including all anti-money laundering, bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions and export control laws and regulations

The highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethical business conduct as may be amended by Jumia from time to time and All reasonable instructions from Eagles Sales for Information Technology

You shall use your best efforts to promote and protect the interests of Eagles Sales for Information Technology, and you represent and warrant to us that there are no obligations, conflicts of interest or other circumstances that may prevent you from providing the Services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

You shall maintain the confidentiality of all commercial, operational and other documents and information relating to Eagle Sales's business, and such information may not be disclosed or reproduced without the express prior written consent of Eagles Sales for Information Technology.

You will not issue any press release or make any communication in relation to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the Eagle Sales Affiliate Program.

You shall comply with Eagle Sales’s Data Privacy Policy and related procedures, to ensure Eagle Sales’ compliance with applicable data protection laws, including protecting the security of all personal data obtained in the course of performing the Services.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

We will request your express consent to any revisions to these Terms and Conditions within such period as we may specify; if you do not give your express consent to the revised versions within such period as we may specify, you will be deemed to have consented. If you expressly reject any such revisions, you may be deemed to have terminated the Agreement and your participation in Eagle Sales will be discontinued and the Agreement will be terminated.

Any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be waived except with the express written consent of the non-breaching party.

No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a further or continuing waiver of any other breach of such provision or any breach of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all prior agreements between the parties.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We will require your express consent to any revisions to these Terms and Conditions within such period as we may specify; if you do not give your express consent to the revised versions within such period as we may specify, you will be deemed to have consented. Eagles Sales for Information Technology or the representative may terminate the subscription period by providing written notice to the other party 30 days prior to the termination date.
