Introduction

Eagle Sales Information Technology Company runs an e-commerce platform called Eagle Sales, which consists of a website and a mobile phone application, along with providing auxiliary logistical services and payment services for buying and selling the seller’s products, and based on your desire to register as a seller on the Eagle Sales platform to sell your products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and accordingly, you are appointed. You must read all the terms referred to below to use the Eagle Sales e-commerce platform, which apply to both parties.

Register on the platform

If you register as a seller on the Eagle Sales platform, you agree to the terms and conditions for using the platform. Listing products on the platform

To manage and list your products as a seller on the Eagle Sales platform, you have two options 

First: Either you are solely responsible for listing your products on the Eagle Sales platform by managing the products page, which includes managing prices, offers, inventory, detailed information, specifications, and pictures of each product, and also managing the purchase orders page that is received on the platform from customers and approving or rejecting them.

Second: Eagle Sales Information Technology Company is responsible for managing your products in all of the above by appointing an account manager for the seller, and official communication takes place via the e-mail registered with it to open the seller’s account with regard to all the required data.

Lists of listed products that are submitted or displayed on the platform are subject to periodic review by Eagle Sales Information Technology before or after they are published on the Eagle Sales platform.

Eagle Sales Information Technology Company reserves the right to refuse, unpublish, and/or delete any listed products that violate the terms and conditions without prejudice to any of its other rights.

The seller bears full responsibility for his products, their specifications, prices, quality, and conformity with the laws of the state, according to what is sent to Nisour Sales Company to provide information about these products to upload them to the platform.

Product listings must be up to date and in particular you should cancel any listings for products that are no longer available

Products prohibited from being displayed on the platform

The seller may not advertise, sell or supply any of the following products through the Eagle Sales platform:

A product that violates the laws or regulations, or any person’s intellectual property rights, or any other rights, or causes any lawsuit to be filed against any person in any case, in any judicial system, or under any applicable law in the country.

Pricing of products on the platform

All prices for the displayed products include value-added tax, as well as the sales eagles commission for information technology

The seller is considered responsible for setting the price of his products, including seasonal discounts or any other discounts displayed on the platform. The seller’s approval is required in writing or by sending an official mail to the account manager who represents Eagle Al-Sales Information Technology Company, which can be amended at any time according to the same procedures. Shipping, Invoicing and Returns

After the seller approves the purchase orders received through the Eagle Sales platform, he must do the following:

The seller must deliver the products to Eagles Sales for Information Technology at its headquarters with the printing of an invoice in the name of Eagles Sales for Information Technology Net value due after deducting the commission

Payments and Transfers

Eagle Sales Information Technology Company is committed to transferring or paying the proceeds of the sale of the products to the seller in the local currency (Saudi Riyals), after deducting the agreed commission and using the payment methods agreed upon with the seller.

Proof of payment sent by Nosour Sales Information Technology Company to the seller's account shall be conclusive evidence of payment and receipt by the seller

The seller bears full responsibility for the bank account details that will be reported later by official mail to the seller. These details must be accurate and up-to-date and the account must be secure. Nosour Sales Information Technology Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from fraud or error in the seller's account

In the event that the seller objects to any transaction, he must submit a complaint to Nosour Sales Information Technology Company within a week from the date of the transaction

Eagle Sales Information Technology Company must transfer or pay the invoice value due to the seller during or before receiving the goods from the seller

Breach of Terms and Conditions

If we find a breach of any of the above terms and conditions by the seller in any way, we may do the following:

Send one or more formal warnings

Suspend, block or block access to the Eagle Sales platform

Initiate legal action against the seller if necessary

The consequences of breaching the seller's terms and conditions stipulated in the above section may also apply in the following cases:

Repeated failure of the seller to provide purchase orders received on the platform

Receiving negative reviews and comments on the products received from the seller

Confidentiality and data privacy

All information and documents related to business management and information related to the business method, procedures, policies and sales information are strictly confidential unless they are in the public domain, and Eagles Sales Company for Information Technology will not use the seller's confidential information in any way or for any purpose without prior written consent.

The seller will not send any advertising or promotional materials to buyers on the Eagle Sales store without the prior written approval of Eagles Sales Information Technology Company, and the seller may not use the data available on the Eagle Sales platform for the purpose of profit or for any other purpose that conflicts with the interests of the company.
